At BeauLuxe Essentials, every product is handcrafted with care and made to provide a luxurious experience. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain the following Return and Refund Policy.
All Sales Are Final
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
Candles
Wax melts
Room and linen sprays
Hair care products
Body care products
Seasonal items
Clearance items
Personalized or custom orders
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We want you to love your order.
If your package arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
Order number
Full name
Photos of the damaged item(s)
Photos of the shipping box and packaging
Send all claims to:
Failure to provide photos may delay or prevent claim approval.
Approved Claims
If a claim is approved, BeauLuxe Essentials may choose to:
Replace the item
Issue store credit
Issue a refund to the original payment method
The resolution offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, BeauLuxe Essentials is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
Weather
Carrier delays
Incorrect shipping addresses
Lost or stolen packages
Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After production or packaging has begun, orders cannot be canceled.
